The Bill (Reg. No.1101) introduces amendments to the Law "On Executive Proceeding". Pursuant to the amendments, "implementation of court decisions, resolutions concerning change of management bodies and officials of enterprises, institutions and organizations of any type of ownership should involve only employees of bodies in charge of internal affairs. Other persons are not to be involved in the process of implementation of such decisions".
The Bill also introduces amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which establish criminal amenability for enterprise, institution, organization take-over.
Adoption of the Bill will prevent raider enterprise take-over.
